At AROVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your AROVA account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
